Dear FGCS Families - Yesterday you received an email message with a
link to our online parent survey. As you'll recall, we would like you
to complete a separate survey for each child you have enrolled in
FGCS, but several parents discovered a glitch in the system .
The online tool, Survey Monkey, will only allow you to complete the
survey online for one child from one email address. If you have more
than one student at FGCS, you can use a separate email address to
access the online survey OR you can complete a paper survey for
additional children. You will receive a paper survey in your child's
progress report or you may request a copy at the school office.
We also wanted to emphasize that ALL survey responses are strictly
confidential - you are not asked to provide your name, your students'
names or the names of your students' teachers. All responses will be
compiled by an outside consultant. School staff, administrators and
board members will see only the overall results of the survey, not any
individual responses.
