 Dear FGCS Parents: The Oregon Department of Education is conducting a survey of charter school parents, students and staff. This survey is required by the ODE's charter school grant with the U.S. Department of Education.
The link to the online parent survey is available on the home page of our web site at www.fgcschool.org. You may also go directly to the English version of the parent survey at http://www.ode.state.or.us/surveys/template.aspx?sid=315 or the Spanish version at http://www.ode.state.or.us/surveys/template.aspx?sid=316.
Students will have the opportunity to complete the survey in our computer lab at school.
