| Dear FGCS Families - We are planning to publish a school directory and need your help. This week, your students will bring home a form about the directory. You should complete and return the form to the school office if you want to (1) exclude your student from the directory or (2) limit or update the information provided. If you have current contact information (address, phone number, email address) on file and do NOT object to having it published in the directory, you do not need to return the form.
If your student misplaced the form, you can find it in the "Misc" section of the documents page at our web site (www.fgcschool.org) or click the link below. Please return the form by Dec. 19.
